This privacy policy explains how form.digital (“form.digital,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through digital.formintel.co and related build-intake forms. form.digital is the digital-services department of form.

We only collect what you choose to share, primarily through the build-intake form:

• Project details — the service lane, budget range, timeline, description, current tools, and any links you provide.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics, where enabled.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and scope your project.
• To follow up about a potential or active engagement.
• To operate, secure, and improve this site.

We do not sell your personal information.

How it is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our hosting provider (Vercel) and email-delivery provider — and only as needed to run the site and respond to you. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep intake submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a possible engagement, and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us. You can also decline to provide information, though that may limit our ability to respond.
